True Potential

Look at yourself in the mirror. REALLY look at yourself. YOU are in control. Put your excuses aside. Don't point the finger of blame at anyone beside yourself. Take ownership for your actions. If you are discontent with your life, there's no one who's going to change it but you. Put the time in. Put the effort in. Push through the pain. Nothing is gained without sacrifice. Change isn't easy but it is necessary for growth. Get comfortable being uncomfortable and seek out difficult challenges. It's the only way to get better. So stop making excuses. Don't let your mind and body take the path of least resistance. Step into the true potential of your being. Choose to never give up and never surrender.

"Nothing is noble if its done unwillingly or under compulsion. Every noble deed is voluntary." - Seneca If you were forced to do it, was it really your choice? Is the mere act of helping our fellow human ...

Who's in control?

Some people are not in control of their thoughts and actions. They are in a sub servient autopilot to their instincts and never are truly aware of their being or actions. It's not their fault however. They just don't even realize they are living their lives floating around, being pulled in every direction, giving in to every temptation without so much as a thought as to why they are doing what they are. Look yourself in the mirror. Are you who you say you are? Are you the person you want to be? Are you doing the things you want to do? Are you living the life you aspire to live!? Well why not!? Do some internal interrogation and discover the truth. Ask yourself why. Ask your self when enough is enough. So, choose to care about your actions. Choose to never give up. Be better today and not tomorrow!
